Hey everyone. I have a real treat for you today. I made this tarte au soleil (sun tart) this summer and knew you would like it. I saw it on one of the Youtube channels I watch called Entertaining with Beth. I shared her with you in this post. I have created a link to her video so you can see how to make it. It’s easy, but the process is hard to describe. So, just follow this link to her video. It’s just a little over five minutes long. Oh, and if you want to make your own pesto, here is my delicious recipe.
In the video, Beth also explains how to make a sweet version using chocolate. Yum. I will have to make that one soon. This really isn’t hard to make so give it a try.
