Have you been looking for a strawberry soup recipe that is full of flavor? I have a real winner of a strawberry soup recipe for you today. Not only is it good and refreshing, but it is low-fat and low-cal. Most people love strawberries, and when this fruit is served in a soup, they are even better. Please enjoy this refreshing strawberry soup recipe. It’s made with fresh strawberries, lowfat yogurt, and skim milk. It tastes fattening, but it’s not.
Strawberry Soup
1 quart strawberries, chopped
2 cups milk (I used skim milk)
2 containers vanilla yogurt (I use low-fat with low-cal sweetener)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons honey (more if needed)
Blend in food processor till smooth.
More milk and/or yogurt can be used depending on how thick you want it to be. Also, I added two packets of artificial sweetener to enhance the flavor because I tend to like it sweet.
That’s it! It tastes really decadent and is good to serve for a dinner party or when you want to impress the boss or your kids.
Take care.

Great recipe! If you use a lot less milk and frozen fruit, it’s a smoothie. I make smoothies like this with other fruit too – mangoes and peaches are excellent.

I can’t wait to try this. I have had cold cherry soup in Michigan during cherry season that I also loved.
