My parents always give me money for Christmas. Sometimes I carry it around for months just looking for the right purchase. I always want it to be something that will be with me for a long time.
But this year was different. I found my gift while shopping the week before Christmas.
As soon as I saw it, I knew it had my name initials on it.
Well, not exactly my initials, but I knew I could order one with the correct monogram. The waste basket that I saw in the store was ivory linen with an ivory monogram. I wanted one in colors to match our master bath. I thought it would be so much nicer than the white wicker basket we were using.
I made a vow to myself to keep our master bedroom and bath off of our blog. After all, something in our house needs to be for our eyes only. But here is a little peek at the colors in the master bath.
It has light blue walls, honed black granite countertops, white cabinets, and a honed cararra marble floor.
The black linen waste basket with light blue trim and monogram look great.

Oh this is so pretty and unique looking. I think it would be hard to put trash in it though!!
