Hello, everyone. Thanks so much for the kind comments about our last post. I am so excited because tonight I get to check off a major bucket list item. Mike and I are going to a Paul McCartney concert, and we have good tickets. Paul was always my favorite Beatle. Meanwhile, here are our selections for today.

Donnamae, up until this time, the Billy Joel/Elton John concert was my favorite. Paul topped them. It was the best concert I have ever been to. He is a legend. The arena was sold out, and everyone loves him. The energy was incredible. Have a wonderful time.
Ok, I will try Ina’s Polenta. I had a very bad reaction once and it turned me off. But I will cut the recipe down to one serving and see. I trust You and Ina.
