It’s pi day. In our world that’s a good reason to eat pie. Pi day is March 14 which is 3/14 which translates into 3.14 which we all learned in math class is pi. It’s now a thing to celebrate pie on pi day – today. So, we dug deep into our archives and found some of our past pie recipes to share today.

Some people like mint milkshakes in March, so this mint chocolate ice cream pie is kind of like a mint milkshake. However, you can easily switch up the flavor by using a different kind of cookie for the crust and by using a different kind of ice cream. Those two tweaks could give it a completely different taste, and as a bonus, it’s no bake!
