One of our most “pinned” recipes ever has been the Pink Lemonade Margarita that we posted earlier this summer. Since it was such a hit, we decided to create a new margarita highlighting peaches since they are in season right now. Our creation is a peach mango margarita, and it is fresh, and tasty, and easy. All you need to do is buy a bottle of peach mango juice, add your tequila and lemon, and shake it. We know that a traditional margarita uses lime, but we decided to add a new flavor to this margarita by using lemon instead. Serving it now while peaches are in season will makes it taste even better.
PEACH MANGO MARGARITA
(Makes 2)
2 cups of peach mango juice (available in both the dairy section or in the canned juice section)
4 ounces white tequila
2 squeezes of lemon juice
Fresh peaches
Pour the mixture in a shaker full of ice and shake for 30 seconds. Serve over ice in a glass that has been rimmed in salt. Add a peach slice as a garnish or add a few cubed bits of peach to your drink.
Remember to pin this to your recipe file and share it with your friends.
We are headed to Lake Placid to cheer Yankee on in his first full Ironman competition. The whole family, minus my dad, will be there, and we might just celebrate with this easy, refreshing, and tasty cocktail.
As if this was a big enough announcement, we have another announcement to make this week. Let’s just say things are happening here at The 2 Seasons.
