Eight Recipes for the Holidays

If yours is the house everyone in your family is headed to for Thanksgiving, then you might be feeling a little stress right about now.  Oh, we know that you have the main meal down pat.  After all, we all have our standards for the big meal on Thanksgiving day, and adding or subtracting any of those traditional selections just might get you into big time trouble with the family – even though you might be doing most of the work.  However, we all know you need more than just one meal planned.  If you will have a house full for the week-end, then you need an arsenal of snack, sweets, and beverage recipes as well so that you won’t have to scramble at the last minute to think of something, buy the ingredients, cook it up and then serve it.  Whew!   We’re tired just thinking about it.  We went through our recipe files here on the blog and hand-picked some tasty treats that you and your guests can enjoy while watching football on the tube, playing board games, resting up from shopping, or just enjoying each other.  Just click on any of the links to go directly to the recipe.
