Now that I have started a gallery wall, I have been excited to add to it as things come along. I finally added something that I have been wanting to do for months.
This was my inspiration:
I thought this was so cute using Scrabble letters to make art. If you have been a reader here for some time, you know that we love games. Scrabble is great because you can play it with just two people meaning its something just Mr. Spring and I can play.
Well, after months of searching for a Scrabble game at the thrift stores, I finally came across one.
Not only was it a Scrabble board, but it was the Deluxe addition!
The Deluxe addition was only $2.99 and sold as is. I didn’t even open the box to see if the letters I wanted were inside. I decided I could make something work with whichever letters were available.
Once I got home, I opened up the game and was impressed. I think most of the letters were inside.
I was playing around with the letters when the light bulb came on. I spelled out our last name and played our first names off of the it. I was thrilled to make this our Scrabble art.
This was very easy to make. I purchased a shadow box and used some paper I had on hand as the background. The paper is easy enough to change if I want to change the look. I did some measuring and used a glue gun to glue the letters down.
It is perfect on the gallery wall. Oh and if we were playing a game, Jordan has more points than Charles. I guess I would have won!
Love this! Aren’t gallery walls a fun way to collect and add another layer? Well yes they are!

That looks great and what a great idea,
I love your gallery wall and your scrabble art is super cool. Great find with the scrabble. I actually still have the version you bought. I would love for you to link this up to my Fall into Fall party going on right now. Hope to see you there.
Your gallery wall is looking so awesome and what a cute idea with the Scrabble letters. It turned out so cute!!
What a great idea to do with Scrabble letters. I am going to pin this. I have always loved Scrabble. It amazes me how times have changed and we play Words with Friends now.
Super cute! I am stealing that idea! Thanks!
