Visiting a Japanese Garden

Toyota Manufacturing has a Camry plant in a town about 12 miles from where I live here in Lexington.  That town has a small Japanese friendship garden which is very fitting.  Come along a take a quick tour with me.

 

 

My garden club toured the garden recently.

 

The first thing we saw was a Kentucky horse farm-type stone wall and Japanese bamboo.

 

There was a very simple pagoda.

 

There was also a Japanese style building.

 

Let’s take a stroll through the garden.

 

 

 

We are so lucky to have this beautiful Japanese retreat here in the Bluegrass State.
