I love to serve a dessert that is made individually for each person. Although it is fun for just Mr. Right and me, and it is even more fun when serving individual desserts at a dinner party. Each person’s face just lights up as they pick up their spoons and start to dig in. These individual pear clafoutis are so easy and quick to make. They take just a few minutes to put together and are perfect light treats at the end of a heavy, rich meal. Delight your family and guests by serving these festive goodies at the end of a meal.
