Hello, everyone! We had a fun surprise when our June HGTV magazines arrived. Jordan’s house in Syracuse received a nice mention. They told us the photos were going to be published, but we didn’t know when.
Last fall when Jordan and Yankee were in the middle of packing up their Syracuse house before their move to Charlotte, NC, we received an email from the magazine editors requesting photos of the curb appeal upgrade Jordan did on her peeling/ugly steps. The blog post has been a really popular one for us, and I guess HGTV magazine agreed. The article that featured the steps is about paint projects, and we made the cut.
Jordan and Yankee loved living in their bungalow in Syracuse, and it is nice that their last home is receiving some recognition. We know that many bloggers have gotten big features with lots of photos and pages, but this is the biggest one we have had yet (we were featured in Canada’s House and Home a few months back), and well, it’s nice to be noticed. So, if you are out and about and see the June issue, take a peek. Better yet, buy a copy. We think they have some great ideas.
