Fantastic job! It looks great. I love chalk paint too. Thanks for sharing.
Hope to see you on my blog:)
Great results with the chalk paint. I still haven’t tried it yet.
Its amazing how good paint can make things and then when you shabby it up a bit gives it personality. Good job for a newbie.
Oh I just love your nightstand! I hope you will add your lovely metamorphosis to my Fall in Love linky party on Wednesday.
Until then, stop by and see the under $20 makeover I gave an ugly brass light fixture.
Happy Monday!
Great job on the nightstand, it turned out really lovely!
I have the same nightstand and other Ethan Allen cherry pieces to go with. I have been reluctant to paint it as I’ve always loved it as is (over 30 years), but maybe it’s time for change! Your nightstand looks great–I’ll have to think a bit more, but maybe I’ll take the plunge too. 🙂
I am totally out of the loop I guess. Pardon my ignorance, but what is chalk paint? I have read posts from Jordan about chalkboard paint (which I had heard of!) but don’t know about chalk paint. Guess I will Google it!!
Okay……I am replying to myself!! Just Googled and even watched a tutorial video on chalk paint. I am truly enlightened now. I get it!! Thanks for educating me on what’s new Janette!! (Once again!)
I can’t believe this is your first time! It looks like you’re a pro! Great job!
PS I have a $50 cash giveaway going on on my blog right now. Come by when you get a chance! 🙂
