Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! We hope your day is filled with love, love, love. Do you have bottled water on hand for your guests? We drink filtered water from our fridge when it’s just the three of us, but we always have bottled water in the guest room when friends and family come for an overnight visit. Along with the chocolates, lotion, magazines, and stationery, I include a few DIY personalized water bottles. It is a simple little step that lets our guests know we are glad they are here.
It’s simple to prep these bottles. If the water bottles already have a sticker on them, I remove it.
Then I use scrapbook paper or wrapping paper and cut out pieces that will fit around the bottle.
Sometimes I even make color copies of the fabric on our sheets and use it.
Then I add our customized monogram using a stamp that I had made. To find a similar one, you can go here or here.
Then I add some clear tape, and the bottles are ready. They look so cute on the night table between the beds, and they add a custom look to a plain bottle.
This is an easy little project that can be done in just a few minutes, and it will be appreciated by your guests.

This is such a cute idea. I have done them for school parties but I haven’t made them with monograms for adults. Love these!

Cute! Great idea for guests! I was wondering if you know how these hold up in a bucket full of ice? I’d like to do this for my daughter’s outdoor wedding, but concerned the melting ice would seep underneath and ruin the label.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks!

If you make the labels and then laminate them they might hold up in a bucket of ice. That would be my best suggestion.
