You can read all about it <a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/03\/02\/black-beauty\/\">here.<\/a>\u00a0 I kept the orginal handles and painted them black, also. \u00a0They didn&#8217;t bother me. \u00a0But since the dresser has been moved to the living room\/foyer, I decided it was time to spiff it up a little more. I did have a plant on the right side of the dresser to add color, but it didn&#8217;t survive the winter. \u00a0 Now the area is a perfect place for Gracie&#8217;s toy basket. Here is an action shot of her getting a toy.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2012\/03\/28\/quick-fixes\/fix-dresser-after\/\" sizes=\"(max-width: 511px) 100vw, 511px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>I am loving the fresh, modern look. \u00a0 If I ever want to change its look again, changing the handles is such an easy way to do it.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">After the dresser project, I fixed a slipping rug problem.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">I got this rug from Overstock for our kitchen. \u00a0We have hardwood floors, so the rug is always sliding around even with the rug gripper you can see in the picture. \u00a0 I read this tip on a blog, and I am sorry to say I do not remember which blog. \u00a0However, she got the tip from Martha Stewart.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2012\/03\/28\/quick-fixes\/rug-fix-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8942\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-8942\" title=\"Rug\" sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">I put latex acrylic caulk on the back side and let the caulk dry for at least two hours before I turned the rug back over.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2012\/03\/28\/quick-fixes\/fix-rug\/\" was using. \u00a0I am, however, going to add some more caulk going the other directions. \u00a0 I am thrilled with the easiness and effectiveness of this little tip.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0We did another rug fix in our living room. \u00a0We have hard wood floors with big area rug and wanted to have some of the softness and cushion feel of carpet. \u00a0We \u00a0bought carpet padding at Home Depot and put it under the rug.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2012\/03\/28\/quick-fixes\/fix-carpet\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8940\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-8940\" style=\"text-align: center;\">We splurged and bought the thick pad. \u00a0(This photo was taken with my phone). \u00a0I placed the cushion down first and put the rug on top.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 toilets to a dual flusher. \u00a0This is a great way to save water and money. \u00a0It didn&#8217;t take him long, and we are happy that we are saving water.<\/h3>\n<h3>Hope you enjoyed my little
