When we were in Buenos Aires recently, I had the chance to go to a weekly street market in the San Telmo neighborhood. It was very similar to the Paris markets except people were speaking Spanish and dancing the tango.<\/h3>\n

I spotted some great antique copper at several vendors and thought you would enjoy seeing it. \u00a0Unfortunately, I didn’t buy any. \u00a0I didn’t want to deal with carrying it around for two more weeks, toting it home on the plane, etc.<\/h3>\n

The copper was all polished and beautiful.<\/h3>\n

Double, double toil and trouble….Fire burn and cauldron bubble.<\/h3>\n

I’m not sure what these things are unless they were used for cream. \u00a0Any guesses out there?<\/h3>\n

I think this is a bed warmer. \u00a0Hot coals were put in this and the heat came out of the little holes. \u00a0But then again, it could be for popcorn!!!!<\/h3>\n

We all know what this is. \u00a0By the way, I didn’t check on prices so I don’t know if these pieces were expensive or not.<\/h3>\n

The copper wasn’t all from one vendor. \u00a0It was scattered throughout the market. \u00a0I ooooohed and aaaaaahed a lot.<\/h3>\n
