different with our front door for the holidays. \u00a0We have what is known in Kentucky as a Keeneland green front door that was pre-determined by our townhouse association. \u00a0It&#8217;s nothing I can change. \u00a0Any green Christmas wreath would not show up against it.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/18\/a-granny-smith-wreath\/img_1503-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6792\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6792\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_15031-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"614\" height=\"409\" sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">I had the locally-owned neighborhood florist make a beautiful boxwood wreath for me. \u00a0To enhance it, I bought some faux Granny Smith apples to it and attached them with a glue gun. \u00a0I knew that real apples would be too much of a temptation for the local squirrel population.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/18\/a-granny-smith-wreath\/img_1506\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6795\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6795\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1506-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"614\" height=\"409\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1506-1024x681.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1506-430x286.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">I wanted a very simple bow and just added a wired lime-green ribbon in the simplest bow I could make.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/18\/a-granny-smith-wreath\/img_1504\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6796\"><img sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">The apples and ribbon give it enough color to let passersby know there <em>is<\/em> a wreath there.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/18\/a-granny-smith-wreath\/img_1505\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6797\"><img
