Woods in the Sun Room"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>Author: \u00a0Autumn (Janette)<\/em><\/h3>\n<h3>Even though I am going with a soft natural colors for this year&#8217;s Christmas decorating inside, I decided to once again give the north woods look to our new sun room. \u00a0I used to put this look on the screened-in porch at our last house.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/04\/north-woods-in-the-sun-room\/img_1374\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6433\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">It gives me the chance to use the flannel and wool plaids that I love.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/04\/north-woods-in-the-sun-room\/img_0096\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6434\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">In the summer, when I first decorated it, this is how it looked.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/10\/04\/free-falling\/\">here<\/a>), it looked like this.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">All of the basics are the same. \u00a0But I covered the ticking cushions on the wicker sofa with a piece of flannel plaid fabric I bought a few years back at Walmart. \u00a0I added some stadium blankets that we use during football season, and tossed on two big ole buffalo plaid pillows purchased for $6.00 each at a discount store a while back.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/04\/north-woods-in-the-sun-room\/img_1370\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6437\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6437\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1370-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"589\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1370-1024x681.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1370-430x286.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">I love the way the different fabrics play with one another.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Now the trunk, that formerly held a swan and later a pumpkin, holds hot chocolate for two. \u00a0The thermos came from the Brimfield antique show about five years ago.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/04\/north-woods-in-the-sun-room\/img_1373\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6439\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6439\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1373-1024x775.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"589\" height=\"446\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1373-1024x775.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_1373-426x323.jpg 426w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Now that the ferns are long-gone, I placed some magnolia leaves in the plant stand outside in the courtyard. \u00a0I will add some evergreens and balls as Christmas gets nearer.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/12\/04\/north-woods-in-the-sun-room\/img_1367\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6440\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">The trunk holds all of the seasonal pillows. \u00a0It also holds a faux bear skin rug that I cut out of furry black fabric. \u00a0I decided not to use it this year since I have the new sisal rug left over from fall. \u00a0I will keep this look until late February or early March when it will be time to transform it back to a pastel color scheme. \u00a0But until then, I am going to enjoy this, my favorite look.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a
