{"id":5934,"date":"2011-11-06T19:06:22","date_gmt":"2011-11-07T00:06:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/?p=5934"},"modified":"2011-11-06T19:12:32","modified_gmt":"2011-11-07T00:12:32","slug":"harp-music","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/?p=5934","title":{"rendered":"Harp Music"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>Author &#8211; Autumn (Janette)<\/em><\/h3>\n<h3>My decorating friend Beth Harper of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelonerearranger.com\/\">Lone Rearranger<\/a> spent a recent afternoon with me tweaking some areas in our house. \u00a0When Beth comes, it takes me back to my days of playing with my doll house. \u00a0We move things around and talk and laugh, and it&#8217;s a great time.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/11\/06\/harp-music\/img_1220-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5936\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5936\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_12201-813x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"491\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_12201-813x1024.jpg 813w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_12201-256x323.jpg 256w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_12201.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 390px) 100vw, 390px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">One of the areas we fine-tuned was the landing at the top of the steps. \u00a0I felt the lamp was too summery for fall and winter.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/11\/06\/harp-music\/img_1221\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5937\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5937\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1221-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"327\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1221-1024x681.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1221-430x286.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 491px) 100vw, 491px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">We decided this brown lamp would work better. \u00a0However, Beth thought the shade on the yellow lamp was more appropriate.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/11\/06\/harp-music\/img_1222\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5938\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5938\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1222-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"327\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1222-1024x681.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1222-430x286.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 491px) 100vw, 491px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">But the lampshade was too big for the lamp. \u00a0Beth came up with a great idea, and it worked.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/11\/06\/harp-music\/img_1223\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5939\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5939\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1223-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"327\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1223-1024x681.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1223-430x286.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 491px) 100vw, 491px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">She suggested that we switch out the harps, also. \u00a0By doing this small change, the lampshade would sit higher on the lamp and be more in proportion with it. \u00a0This is something I would never have thought to do.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/11\/06\/harp-music\/img_1224\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5940\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5940\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1224-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"327\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1224-1024x681.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/IMG_1224-430x286.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 491px) 100vw, 491px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Voila!
