Ironing Board and Wash Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>Author &#8211; Autumn (Janette)<\/em><\/h3>\n<h3>My great-grandfather was a carpenter, and he made all of his daughters-in-law an ironing board for their wedding gifts. \u00a0I was lucky enough to become the owner of one of those boards. \u00a0It now rests against the wall in our new laundry room, <a title=\"Laundry Room Reveal\" href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/06\/23\/laundry-room-reveal\/\">here<\/a>.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/09\/13\/grandmas-ironing-board-and-wash-board\/img_0894\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4666\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter grandfather&#8217;s clothes were stained.
