Hello, everyone. Last week was a busy one.\u00a0 We had workers here for four days making repairs to the drywall in my husbands’s office, his office bathroom, and the back hallway.\u00a0 You might recall that those areas were damaged when a hose became disconnected in our second floor laundry room last month.\u00a0 You can read about that traumatic morning here.<\/a><\/span>\u00a0 So, now that the dust has settled, and we have cleaned all of the construction stuff, I am happy that life is back to normal for a few days before we leave for our trip to the Philippines.<\/a><\/span>\u00a0 I wanted to show you the new Ruggable<\/span> rug that I ordered for our kitchen.\u00a0 I explained in this post <\/a>the reasons for buying this rug (and another one for our master bath.)\u00a0 Let me repeat that this is not<\/strong> a sponsored post.\u00a0 I just am so happy that we discovered Ruggables<\/a>,<\/span> the washable rugs. Here’s our kitchen’s new Ruggable<\/a><\/span> rug.<\/p>\n

I loved the rug that we previously used in our kitchen.\u00a0 Happily, we moved it around the corner to our back hall, and it looks so nice in that corridor that connects the kitchen to Mike’s office.\u00a0 The powder room<\/a><\/span> and entry to the basement are also in the back hall.\u00a0 However, this new Ruggable<\/a><\/span> rug checks all of the boxes for me.\u00a0 I was able to use the existing pad that we already had; it has my favorite navy and cream color palate; it’s gingham (I love anything gingham;) and it’s washable.\u00a0 I took these photos right after taking the rug out of its box, and it had a few ridges in it.\u00a0 They have now smoothed out.<\/p>\n

I think for a family with dogs and \/or children, it would be an excellent choice.\u00a0 Hey, we’re emptynesters, and we are enjoying the benefits.<\/p>\n

Here’s another view.\u00a0 Color me happy.\u00a0 I am so pleased that we discovered Ruggables.<\/a><\/span>\u00a0 They come in so many sizes, patterns, and colors that there is something for everyone.<\/p>\n
