<\/a>\u00a0Well, I just finished round two of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss<\/a>\u00a0last week, and I am still doing my best to follow it.\u00a0 It truly is a lifestyle, and I don’t feel deprived. I now have incorporated intermittent fasting and LOVE it.\u00a0 I never in a million years thought I would stick with fasting, but I love my energy and how I feel.\u00a0 I have also really learned to think of food differently.\u00a0 I had no idea I was so short on protein in my life.\u00a0 Low carb\u00a0cycling and macro tracking have been awesome. The next round starts Monday, and I cannot recommend\u00a0it enough. Thanks to Emily for sharing her great before and after when she did the program!\u00a0 Emily is a mom of three and currently breastfeeding.\u00a0 She has done one round of the program<\/a> and has lost a total of 14 inches!!!!\u00a0 She lost four inches in her waist alone and a total of 15 pounds.\u00a0 Wow! Way to go Emily!!!!\u00a0 This program is awesome and works!
