So, I thought I would do my\u00a0best to explain the program.\u00a0 If you do have any questions, please email me or comment. I would be happy to answer them.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What is the FASTER way to Fat Loss?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a boot camp style program where you learn about a healthy lifestyle.\u00a0 You will learn what type of foods to eat and when. You will learn how to turn your body into a FAT burning machine. You will burn fat in those troubled areas.\u00a0 You will learn how to have workouts that are more effective and efficient. You will gain lean muscle.\u00a0 Plus, you still eat, and it is a lot.\u00a0 I am still shocked at how much I have to eat to fuel my body correctly.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Do I have to do the workouts?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The workouts are recommended, and I actually really enjoy them.\u00a0 Amanda wants your number one focus to be nutrition and rest.\u00a0 This pyramid is the best way to describe what your body needs.\u00a0 It is a new way of thinking, but it works.\u00a0 I was shocked to learn this.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fasterway.samcart.com\/referral\/nwhCcoUv\/Tp0hVZzIbBcrApPI\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-39099\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Triangle.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"777\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Triangle.jpg 791w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Triangle-266x323.jpg 266w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Triangle-768x932.jpg 768w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Triangle-300x364.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>How hard is the program to learn?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Since the main part is nutrition, you will learn all about macros.\u00a0 I had never heard about macros and was confused in the beginning.\u00a0 You have a prep week which helps a ton because you learn more about the macros and how to track them.\u00a0 You use the app My Fitness Pal, and it is an awesome, user-friendly app. It does take some time to get used to the Macros, but you will get the hang of it.\u00a0 Your goal is to eat the right amount of proteins, fats, and carbs.\u00a0 I felt it was like a puzzle figuring it all out.\u00a0 I\u00a0 realized I had not been eating enough protein or fat.\u00a0 Who knew?\u00a0 Then some days I had to eat more to get in my carbs.\u00a0 Say What? You will also have two days a week of carb cycling (low carb),\u00a0 and on those days, you do keep your carbs low.\u00a0 I thought I wouldn&#8217;t like low carb days, but I don&#8217;t mind them at all.\u00a0 It is fun to change my eating schedule up a little.\u00a0 \u00a0There is a learning curve, but you will get it.\u00a0 I now see it as a lifestyle. It all makes sense, and I feel amazing.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Do I have to Fast on the program?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yes, but keep reading.\u00a0 This was by far my number one reason it took me so long to try this.\u00a0 I was afraid.\u00a0 I LOVE breakfast. I love creamer in my coffee.\u00a0 \u00a0A bagel was my best friend some days.\u00a0 However, a big part of the nutrition and the program is intermittent fasting.\u00a0 I had been reading about it before I even started and was so intrigued.\u00a0 There are A LOT of benefits for your health when you do intermittent fasting. Think of it more as your eating window.\u00a0 You eat eight hours out of the day and fast for the other 16.\u00a0\u00a0 I never thought I would say this, but the fasting is one of my favorite parts of the program.\u00a0 The energy I now how is unreal. My mornings are go, go, go.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t feel I have to have a cup of coffee.\u00a0 I do because I do enjoy the taste but for a few days, we were out of regular <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2JKYMHW\">Nespresso<\/a> pods, and I went for the caffeine free and still felt I had a lot of energy.<\/p>\n<p>It was hard at first but after a few days, it just became the norm.\u00a0 I wasn&#8217;t thinking all I want is breakfast or food right now.\u00a0 \u00a0The coffee thing did take a little longer to get used to, but having our <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2JKYMHW\">Nespresso machine<\/a> helped a lot.\u00a0 I now really taste the coffee and enjoy it.\u00a0 This is the number one thing I think others freak out about, but it just becomes second nature.\u00a0 We do have a treat day on Saturdays, and I usually make my treat a big ole bagel during in my eating window.\u00a0 When I wake up, I start with a large glass of water (big mason jar) and then have a coffee.\u00a0 I just drink lots of water, and I enjoy the unsweetened green tea from Trader Joes.\u00a0 I also have gotten into <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2JN3o02\">these BCAA&#8217;s<\/a> to enjoy after my workouts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fasterway.samcart.com\/referral\/nwhCcoUv\/Tp0hVZzIbBcrApPI\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-39105\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"612\" height=\"612\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image.jpg 612w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image-323x323.jpg 323w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image-275x275.jpg 275w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image-400x400.jpg 400w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image-300x300.jpg 300w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image-120x120.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Is this only for younger folks?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>No, all ages do this program.\u00a0 In this program, you become part of a smaller Facebook group.\u00a0 \u00a0The group is awesome for support and daily check-ins.\u00a0 It really helps keep you accountable.\u00a0 Plus, you share recipes and success stories.\u00a0 My group had all ages and reading their stories was awesome.\u00a0 I love that there is a support system.\u00a0 I know some people for different reasons would modify the workouts if something is too intense for their bodies.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Do I have to join Facebook to do the program?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>No, but it might be worth it to make a dummy account.\u00a0 It really is a nice part of the program, but you can do things via email.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>You didn&#8217;t have much weight to lose. \u00a0 Does it still work if I have more to lose<\/strong><\/em>?<\/p>\n<p>Yes, you will actually see better results.\u00a0 I wasn&#8217;t trying to change my weight. I just wanted to feel confident for summer, have my clothes fit a little better, and find a plan that works for me.\u00a0 I got all those things, plus I can&#8217;t get over how much stronger I feel, how much more energy I have, and my clothes are fitting great.\u00a0 Others in my FB group had huge results, too.\u00a0 It is amazing.\u00a0 A lot of the women who had more to lose mentioned they had tried everything from Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, and this is the one that gave them results and was easy to implement as a lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>How long are the workouts?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Workouts are anywhere from 30-50 minutes.\u00a0 Working out is my time, and I have to spend some time focusing on me.\u00a0 I need to be here long term and want to be healthy and feel healthy for me and my family.\u00a0 I found a way to make it work.\u00a0 The program has workouts to do at home and workouts for the gym so you do what works best.\u00a0 They also have beginner workouts if this is all new to you.\u00a0 I chose the gym workouts ,but my friends whom I did this with did all their workouts at home during nap times or when their littles were in bed for the night.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Do I have to buy shakes or supplements?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>No, Amanda, the creator says she likes to eat real food.\u00a0 I have always liked smoothies and learned I was always short on protein.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2MjfSLy\"> These <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2MjfSLy\">collagen peptide<\/a>s which I started taking a few months ago were very helpful.\u00a0 Some days I opted for a good ole <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2MjzcYN\">protein chocolate shake<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2MjzcYN\">This is the one<\/a> I enjoyed and I mixed it with some unsweetened almond milk and frozen banana.\u00a0 Yum!\u00a0 It helped me hit my protein goal in my macros.\u00a0 My friends did not do either of these and were able to hit their goals fine.<\/p>\n<p>Now no one wants to show photos of their stomach, but I think this program is so awesome that I thought I would share mine.<\/p>\n<h2>FASTer Way to Fat Loss Front can&#8217;t wait to see what another six weeks of this program will do.\u00a0 On a side note you can kind of see my scar on the left of my stomach.\u00a0 This is from when I had to have surgery for my Crohn&#8217;s disease at 17.\u00a0 I actually forget it is there since it is part of my story.<\/p>\n<h2>FASTer Way to Fat Loss Back Results<\/h2>\n<p><a difference in my arms, I was loving life.\u00a0 He can&#8217;t get over how toned my arms have become.<\/p>\n<p>So there you go.\u00a0 That&#8217;s my opinion of the<a
