{"id":38382,"date":"2018-03-25T18:00:09","date_gmt":"2018-03-25T23:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/?p=38382"},"modified":"2018-03-23T13:06:30","modified_gmt":"2018-03-23T18:06:30","slug":"silk-tie-easter-eggs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/?p=38382","title":{"rendered":"Silk Tie Easter Eggs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Silk tie Easter eggs were first introduced to me years ago when I saw them on an old (before prison) episode of Martha Stewart.\u00a0 It was such a cute idea that I actually made them.\u00a0 The basic concept is that you buy old ties from a thrift store, or <del>steal<\/del> borrow some from your husband&#8217;s closet.\u00a0 You cut them up and separate the layers.\u00a0 Then wrap an uncooked egg with a piece of the silk, and tie it on both ends.\u00a0 Boil them till the eggs are done.\u00a0 Let them cool, remove the silk fabric, and voila!\u00a0 You have silk dyed eggs.\u00a0 That was the process in a nutshell.\u00a0 Now you can follow along as I show you how to make them.
