Hello, everyone.\u00a0 We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.\u00a0 Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite holiday, and it kicks off the Christmas season for us.\u00a0 Since Mr. Right is riding his bicycle in New Zealand this month, I took the family to Williamsburg, VA for the holiday, and we had such a fun time.\u00a0 I rented a three bedroom condo with a fireplace at the beautiful Kingsmill Resort<\/a>.\u00a0 The fireplace was woodburning, and since we have gas fireplaces in our homes, the crackling wood and the scent of the burning logs was such a treat.\u00a0 The weather was perfect, and it couldn’t have been a better week-end.\u00a0 The historic homes of Williamsburg were decorated for Christmas, and we are so happy to share the photos with you to. This post will be heavy on photos and light on words, but that’s okay.\u00a0 Tomorrow we are going to have a post on just the wreaths hanging on their doors.\u00a0 Luckily, there’s still time for you to use them as inspiration in your own homes.<\/p>\n

I took my first trip to Williamsburg with my parents when I was a little girl, and it left quite an impression on me.\u00a0 Since then I have been back again and again, and it still is fascinating.\u00a0 Williamsburg is for the young and old.\u00a0 There’s something for everyone.\u00a0 We had such a wonderful time, and I am so happy that\u00a0 I was able to enjoy it once again.<\/p>\n
