(I like to use the bone-in chicken breasts.)\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-1\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remove chicken from bone and cut into one inch cubes.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-2\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Spray cooking spray on a 8 inch square casserole dish.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-3\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Press broccoli into the bottom of the dish.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-4\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, 3\/4 can mushroom soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 3\/4 cup cheese.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-5\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Spread on top of broccoli.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-6\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Top with crushed crackers, cereal or chips and the nuts.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-7\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Drizzle butter over the topping.\r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-8\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.  Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining 1\/4 cup cheese on top.
