Cook, stirring frequently, till this mixture has thickened.  Pour over fish.  \r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-8\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Cover and bake 25 minutes. \r<\/li><li id=\"yrecipe-instruction-9\" class=\"instruction\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">Remove from oven and add Swiss cheese and 1\/4 cup chopped green onions (optional) to top.
