Hi everyone.\u00a0 Mom and I have been publishing a recipe on Fridays for almost the entire five years that we have been writing our blog.\u00a0 We have quite a few stored away in the archives, and we thought it might be good to pull out some for you that you might like to serve this coming week-end.\u00a0 They are all good summer recipes, but that doesn’t mean you can’t serve them any other time of the year.\u00a0 We hope you enjoy these great July 4th recipes to make for your friends and family.<\/h3>\n

Gazpacho<\/a> is a great cold soup to serve on a hot day.\u00a0 This one is packed with flavor.\u00a0 You can make it ahead using ingredients from your garden or the farmers’ market, and it will be ready to serve when you’re ready to eat it.<\/h3>\n

This chicken salad<\/a> would be really tasty paired with the gazpacho.<\/h3>\n

Grandma’s hot dog sauce<\/a> is our most “pinned” recipe ever.\u00a0 If you are planning to grill some hot dogs this week-end, then you need to make this sauce to go on top of them.<\/h3>\n

This roasted tomato caprese salad <\/a>will take advantage of fresh basil and tomatoes that are growing so abundantly right now.<\/h3>\n

\u00a0Mom and I agree that this is the best barbequed chicken <\/a>we have ever eaten.<\/h3>\n

We can’t forget the beverages.\u00a0 This is the most pinned alcoholic beverage<\/a> we have ever published, and if you make it, you’ll understand why.<\/h3>\n

If you need a great dessert that will feed a crowd and is easy to make, these orange brownies <\/a>are it.\u00a0 They are great by themselves or topped with ice cream.<\/h3>\n
