BHG magazine, I think<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1\/2 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>1 cup water<\/h3>\n<h3>1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>1 cup fresh or frozen whole kernel corn, thawed if frozen<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>1\/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>1\/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>1\/4 cup lime juice<\/h3>\n<h3>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/h3>\n<h3>Salt and ground black pepper<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>1.\u00a0 In a small saucepan, combine quinoa and water.\u00a0 Bring to boiling; reduce heat.\u00a0 Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.\u00a0 Remove from heat; set aside.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>2.\u00a0 Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine edamame, corn, tomatoes, and cilantro.\u00a0 Add quinoa;
