Have you all heard of a game called Quiddler<\/a>?\u00a0 I know……it sounds like something from Harry Potter.\u00a0 Thanks to Grandma H. our family now knows about this game, and we love it.\u00a0 It’s a card game that involves words and numbers, and it’s for ages eight and up.\u00a0 As many as eight people can play at once.\u00a0 And by the way, this is not a sponsored post.\u00a0 We just thought you might like to spend some of these cold winter nights playing this fun game with your families.\u00a0 It will get you all away from the computer and television screens.<\/h3>\n

The whole game, which costs less than $11.00) consists of just two decks of cards, so, it’s easy to take with you if you are going on a trip or an outing.<\/h3>\n

The cards have numbers and letters on them.\u00a0 The premise of the game is that each player is given cards.\u00a0 When it’s your turn, you choose a card and discard a card.\u00a0 When you can make words using all of the cards in your hand, then you go out.<\/h3>\n

Then you add up the numbers on the cards, and that’s your score for that round.\u00a0 This gives young ones who are learning to add and subtract practice with their math, and they don’t even realize it.<\/h3>\n

Each game consists of eight rounds.\u00a0 Each player gets three cards on the first round, and they get 10 cards in the last round.\u00a0 The person who ends up with the highest score wins.<\/h3>\n

Mr. Right is not a lover of games, but this one is so fast moving that even he will play.\u00a0 Quiddler (go here<\/a> to buy it) is a mix between rummy and Scrabble, so if you like either of those games, then\u00a0 you’ll like this one.\u00a0 Have fun!<\/h3>\n
