Victory!!!\u00a0 I have been looking for new lamps for the great room for several months, and I found them.<\/h3>\n

Ever since I moved these lamps from the great room’s side board to the side board in the kitchen, I have been on the search.<\/h3>\n

Then finally a few weeks ago I found these babies, and they were just what I was looking for.<\/h3>\n

I wanted lamps that were both tall and somewhat wide to take up some visual space.\u00a0 The mirror is huge, and the lamps needed to hold up to it.<\/h3>\n

Here’s the thing though.\u00a0 There’s a whole lot of beige going on, and I want to either paint the shades or add some bold trim to them.\u00a0 However, I’m not sure which way to go.\u00a0 It’s not out of fear.\u00a0 It’s because I really don’t know the right color for either paint or trim or both.<\/h3>\n

Should I pull a color out of this bench and paint the shades that color?\u00a0 Or would just a colorful trim be enough.\u00a0 Help!!!<\/h3>\n

I would love for you to give me your opinions on this.\u00a0 I’m at a stand-still on this one.<\/h3>\n
