set aside.\u00a0 In large mixing bowl beat whites and salt until stiff peaks form; set aside.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>2.\u00a0 Place yolks in a bowl; beat lightly.\u00a0 Set aside.\u00a0 In a medium saucepan cook and stir onions in butter for 1 minute.\u00a0 Stir in flour.\u00a0 Add milk all at once.\u00a0 Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.\u00a0 Stir about half the mixture into yolks.\u00a0 Return all to saucepan.\u00a0 Stir in cheddar, cayenne, and nutmeg until cheese melts.\u00a0 Remove from heat.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3.\u00a0 Add about 1\/2 cup of the egg whites to the sauce to lighten.\u00a0 Gently fold sauce mixture into remaining whites.\u00a0 Fold in corn and zucchini.\u00a0 Spoon into dish.\u00a0 Bake uncovered 22 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean\u00a0 Let stand 10 minutes.\u00a0 Serve with tomato relish and, if desired, Parmesan shavings.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em><strong>TOMATO RELISH<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>In a bowl combine 1 1\/2 cups chopped and drained tomatoes;
