I have been making my own laundry detergent<\/a> for years and even shared it with you.\u00a0 So, recently when I ran out of my usual store-bought pre-wash, I decided to make a DIY\u00a0 laundry pre-wash spray.\u00a0 My mom told me about it after seeing it in a Heloise newspaper column.\u00a0 I am happy to report that it takes only three ingredients, and I already had all of them.<\/h3>\n

All the mixture needs is equal amounts any brand of hand dish washing detergent (not dish washer), ammonia, and water.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I used 1\/2 cup of each.\u00a0 Making a big batch of this spray is clearly a lot more cost efficient than buying those name brands at the store.<\/h3>\n
