unknown<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>3\/4 cup dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)<\/h3>\n<h3>2 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<\/h3>\n<h3>1 tablespoon baking powder<\/h3>\n<h3>1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed<\/h3>\n<h3>1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed<\/h3>\n<h3>3\/4 cup butter, cut up<\/h3>\n<h3>8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled<\/h3>\n<h3>1\/4 cup sour cream<\/h3>\n<h3>2 eggs, lightly beaten<\/h3>\n<h3>2 tablespoons milk<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>1.\u00a0 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.\u00a0 Place tomatoes in a bowl and add enough boiling water to cover.\u00a0 Let stand 5 minutes.\u00a0 Drain well and chop.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>2.\u00a0 In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, basil, oregano, and garlic salt.\u00a0 Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.\u00a0 Stir in chopped tomatoes and bacon.\u00a0 Make a well in the center of flour mixture;
