We are trying to eat less meat around here, and we were both really happy with the result because not only was it good, but it helped to keep us warm.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-25739\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Chili-with-words-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Vegetarian Chili\" width=\"641\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Chili-with-words-1024x682.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Chili-with-words-430x286.jpg 430w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Chili-with-words-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 641px) 100vw, 641px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">VEGETARIAN CHILI<\/span><\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<h3>-2 tbsp olive oil or you can use cooking spray<\/h3>\n<h3>-1\/2 cup chopped celery<\/h3>\n<h3>-1\/2 cup chopped red bell pepper<\/h3>\n<h3>-1 cup chopped onion<\/h3>\n<h3>-2 garlic cloves, minced<\/h3>\n<h3>-6 cups of diced tomatoes with juice<\/h3>\n<h3>-1 tbsp chili powder<\/h3>\n<h3>-1 tsp oregano<\/h3>\n<h3>-salt and pepper dashes<\/h3>\n<h3>-1 can of rinsed black beans<\/h3>\n<h3>-1 can of rinsed kidney beans<\/h3>\n<h3>&#8211; Veggie broth or chicken broth to add if you feel it is too thick.<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3>1. Heat olive oil in large pot over medium heat.<\/h3>\n<h3>2. Add celery, red pepper and onions. \u00a0Let cook for about five minutes or till soft.<\/h3>\n<h3>3. Add the garlic and cook for another two minutes.<\/h3>\n<h3>4. \u00a0Add diced tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. \u00a0Mix. At this stage if you think it is too thick, you can add some broth or water.<\/h3>\n<h3>5.
