Great Room Table Inspiration

Ever since we moved into our townhouse a little over three years ago, I have wanted a different dining room table. I have probably mentioned that little fact at least a thousand times here on the blog. The table that we brought with us from our home in the suburbs was an investment piece years ago, and it isn’t one to paint or sand or refinish. It is pure perfection in the right space. In fact, it is up for grabs to whichever one of our offsprings gets a formal dining room first.

<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-18851" alt="DINING/LIBRARY TABLE" see, Mr. Right is seven feet tall. We can’t just buy a piece of furniture or a car because we like it. He has to try it on. As far as a table goes, he has to be able to get his legs under it. For instance, the suburb table you see here has two pedestals in the middle so he could have leg room.

<p
