avocado and crab.\u00a0 If you do take this to your next tailgating party, be sure to keep them cold until it&#8217;s time to serve it.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">AVOCADO AND CRAB BRUSCHETTA<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">1\/4 cup mayonnaise<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">2 tablespoons mustard (I used Grey Poupon)<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">2 teaspoons grated lemon peel<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">1 tablespoon horseradish<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">1 1\/2 teaspoon hot sauce<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">3 cups lump crabmeat, flaked (about 1 pound)<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">2 ripe avocados, peeled, seeded, and diced<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Salt<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Freshly ground pepper<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">8 slices bagette, sliced and toasted (I spread some olive oil on each slice and toasted in the oven at 350 degrees)<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">1\/4 mint leaves (I used fresh parsley instead)<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Combine the first six ingredients to make a sauce.\u00a0 Combine the sauce with the flaked crabmeat and diced avocados.\u00a0 Add salt and pepper to taste.\u00a0 Spread on toasted bread.\u00a0 Garnish with mint or parsley.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Thank you so much for stopping by.\u00a0 We hope to see you tomorrow for our Seasons&#8217;
