One day while in the living room I thought, hmm ,the bar will fit perfectly in this one spot. \u00a0 I quickly scooted it to the living room but then decided it needed a new color. \u00a0(It&#8217;s always something). I had some left over homemade chalk-like paint from the <a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2014\/06\/02\/ikea-dresser-hack\/\">Ikea dresser hack<\/a>, and I went to town on the bar.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-24055\" alt=\"Bar 4\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Bar-4-558x1024.jpg\" width=\"446\" height=\"819\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Bar-4-558x1024.jpg 558w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Bar-4-176x323.jpg 176w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Bar-4.jpg 1741w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 446px) 100vw, 446px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">The bar is right at home in the living room, and the color works great with the <a title=\"Some New Vintage in the Dining Room\" href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2013\/08\/26\/some-new-vintage-in-the-dining-room\/\">flower knobs<\/a> I purchased last year. \u00a0And just so you know, we don&#8217;t even use it as a bar since <a href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2012\/11\/28\/diy-pottery-barn-bar\/\">Yankee built one<\/a>. \u00a0 It&#8217;s more of a storage cabinet for our <a title=\"Vintage State Glasses\" href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/07\/26\/vintage-state-glasses\/\">excess glasses<\/a>.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-24052\" alt=\"Vintage Bar Makeover\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Bar-2-1024x696.jpg\" width=\"819\" height=\"557\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Bar-2-1024x696.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Bar-2-430x292.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">The fun part is always decorating the top. \u00a0I can change it seasonally or whenever I am in the mood. \u00a0(Good blogger) \u00a0For now it is simple with some books that I grabbed off the shelves in our<a title=\"Updates in Our Office, Part 2\" href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2014\/04\/22\/updates-in-our-office-part-2\/\"> study<\/a>.
