<a href=\"http:\/\/www.allrecipes.com\/\">Allrecipes.com<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (I used 16 ounces)<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2 cups finely crushed herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2 teaspoons garlic powder<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 teaspoon ground black pepper<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1 teaspoon Italian seasoning<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 cup melted butter<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3 eggs, beaten<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0&#8211; Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0&#8211; In a large bowl, combine spinach, stuffing mix, Pamesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, melted butter and eggs.\u00a0 Shape into walnut-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0&#8211; Bake in the preheated over for 20 minutes, or until heated through and browned.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">We have a big week-end planned.\u00a0 Tonight we are off to <em>Shakespeare in the Park<\/em>, and on Sunday we will be cheering on Mr. Spring in a half Ironman.\u00a0 Somewhere in between we are going to squeeze in &#8220;Jersey Boys&#8221;.\u00a0 Mom had every single one of the Four Seasons&#8217;
