Put the mini hot dogs on 1 end of the dough and roll up.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Arrange them, seam side down, on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with<\/h3>\n<h3>egg wash and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm with the dipping sauce.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Tangy Dipping Sauce:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>1\/2 cup sour cream<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1\/2 cup mayonnaise<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>3 tablespoons Dijon mustard<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h3>Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving. Can be made a day ahead.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-432\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/nachos.jpg\" alt=\"nachos\" width=\"616\" height=\"462\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/nachos.jpg 616w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/nachos-430x323.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 616px) 100vw, 616px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(image from google)<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>MACHO<\/strong><\/em> NACHOS<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">This recipe was created by Paula Deen, and we think it is a perfect game food. \u00a0Mr. Spring really loves this one.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>1 can refried beans<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 large bag white corn tortilla chips<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 medium onion, chopped<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 cup shredded pepper jack<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 jalapeno, sliced crosswise, plus extra for garnish<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 can chili, or your favorite chili recipe<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 cup shredded Cheddar<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 cup sour cream<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 cup green onion, chopped<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>1 tomato, diced<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<div>\n<h3>Have all the prepped ingredients easily accessible to assemble nachos.<\/h3>\n<h3>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.<\/h3>\n<h3>In a small saucepan over low heat, cook refried beans until they are loose enough to spoon onto nachos. On a large ovenproof platter, spread out a layer of tortilla chips and quickly put a teaspoon of hot refried beans on each chip. Working quickly, sprinkle with some onions, jack cheese, and jalapeno slices. Spoon on chili and top that with Cheddar. Repeat this layering process until ingredients are used up. Save some of the jalapeno slices for garnish. Place platter in the oven and bake until cheese has melted, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a trivet or heatproof surface. most popular items on her menu.\u00a0 You can make it in a slow cooker, which means it can be cooking while you are doing other things to prepare for the game.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>GRANDMA&#8217;S HOT DOG SAUCE<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>3 pounds ground beef or ground turkey<\/h3>\n<h3>5 1\/4 cups ketchup<\/h3>\n<h3>1\/2 cup mustard<\/h3>\n<h3>9 medium onions<\/h3>\n<h3>1\/2 cup chili powder<\/h3>\n<h3>3\/4 cup apple cider vinegar<\/h3>\n<h3>3\/4 cup sugar (more if sauce is too tart)<\/h3>\n<h3>Brown meat and drain. \u00a0Chop onions. \u00a0Add both to a large pot along with the remaining ingredients, and simmer for 45 minutes. \u00a0Watch carefully and stir frequently so that it does not scorch.<\/h3>\n<h3>If you don\u2019t want to make such a huge quantity, you can divide the ingredients proportionally to make a
