When my mom did her modern art <\/a>for her bathroom, I was inspired to make some for our guest room.\u00a0 The room has no art, and this project would at least at some interest and pattern to the wall.<\/h3>\n

I love this art because it has no rhyme or reason. \u00a0Too bad my name isn’t a famous artist because I think this would bring in the big bucks!<\/h3>\n

This was such a fun and easy project. \u00a0Mr. Spring enjoyed seeing me work on this creation and all the thought that was put into the piece. \u00a0First, I started off with a blank canvas and painted it the wall color of the guest room which is a pale yellow. (Sorry for the photo quality, but some of these were taken in our dungeon<\/del><\/span>\u00a0basement.<\/h3>\n

I have a fun colorful print for the room on the bed, so I decided to pull those colors to use for my art. \u00a0Basically I did the same method as my mom.\u00a0 I poured some paint down the canvas and moved it around. \u00a0 I also took my brush and threw some paint on the canvas. \u00a0It was fun!<\/h3>\n

I got carried away and forgot to take pictures. \u00a0At first, I thought this was my finished project. \u00a0I took it upstairs and called my mom on face time. \u00a0We both decided it needed one more bold color so I added a strip of bright yellow.<\/h3>\n

I already had some bright yellow paint on hand so I went back to work.<\/h3>\n

I can’t tell you how thrilled I am with my work and how fun it was to create.\u00a0 This is really a way anyone can get in touch with their artsy side and create some art for the home.\u00a0 I say, “Go for it!”<\/h3>\n

Now, what should I name the piece?\u00a0 My mom named heres “E.K.G.”\u00a0 Any suggestions????<\/h3>\n
