It is always fun to renew the looks of a well-used piece of furniture, and I have done it again.<\/h3>\n

The last time \u00a0you saw the table in question, it looked like this. \u00a0(You can read about it here<\/a>).<\/h3>\n

Originally, we had just one of the three stacking tables, which originally belonged to my husband’s late aunt. \u00a0However, we rearranged our great room furniture when I bought a new chair (here<\/a>), and we realized that we could use the other two. \u00a0My mother-in-law had them at her place in storage so they were easy to obtain.<\/h3>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n<\/h3>\n
The nice thing about these tables, which were originally a mahogany finish, is they tuck away nicely inside each other when not in use.<\/h3>\n
<\/a><\/p>\nHowever, it’s easy to pull one out and move it where it is needed when we have guests. \u00a0They are the perfect size for holding a beverage.<\/h3>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n\u00a0I used Annie Sloan’s antique white paint and polished it with a dark Briwax. \u00a0Then I sanded it in several places. \u00a0The inserts are a pretty graphic scrapbook paper that I bought at Michael’s. \u00a0I call this project a success.<\/h3>\n
