It seems as if anyone who has ever eaten Thai food has had Phad Thai. \u00a0It is a basic. \u00a0So, for our recipe today I am sharing the Phad Thai recipe that we learned to make in our <a title=\"Our Thai Cooking Class\" href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2013\/04\/04\/our-thai-cooking-class\/\">Thai cooking class<\/a> . \u00a0It is not hard, and it tastes amazing!<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-17403\" title=\"Phad Thai\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Pad-Thai-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"614\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Pad-Thai-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Pad-Thai-430x323.jpg 430w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><!--more--><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>PHAD THAI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3>10 oz fresh rice noodles &#8211; (or dried noodles, soaked in water for about 15 minutes)<\/h3>\n<h3>3 tablespoons oil<\/h3>\n<h3>1 tablespoon garlic chopped<\/h3>\n<h3>1 tablespoon dried shrimp<\/h3>\n<h3>1 cup tofu chopped into small pieces<\/h3>\n<h3>6 tablespoons of chicken stock or water<\/h3>\n<h3>2 eggs beaten<\/h3>\n<h3>3 tablespoons roasted peanuts chopped<\/h3>\n<h3>1\/4 cup chives cut into 1 inch pieces<\/h3>\n<h3>1 cup bean sprouts<\/h3>\n<h3>2 limes cut into wedges<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sauce<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3>3 tablespoons sugar<\/h3>\n<h3>3 tablespoons fish sauce<\/h3>\n<h3>1 tablespoon soy sauce<\/h3>\n<h3>2 tablespoons tamarind juice<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Put the oil into a wok and fry the garlic, dried shrimp, and tofu until the garlic turns golden brown and then add the rice noodles. \u00a0Keep stirring over a high heat. \u00a0Then add the chicken stock and stir fry until the noodles are soft. \u00a0Turn the heat down and add the sauce ingredients and stir well to combine.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Add the eggs and stir fry until the eggs are cooked and well combined with the noodles. \u00a0Add the peanuts and chives. \u00a0Stir fry to combine and then add the bean sprouts and stir together. \u00a0Turn off the heat and save garnished with lime wedges.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>We think you will really enjoy this one. \u00a0Have a great week-end.<\/h3>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/The-2-Seasons\/233957543322072\">Click here to like The 2 Seasons on Facebook.<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Cheers!<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0So now here is today&#8217;s post.
