when sewing a pillow for our new guest bedroom.<\/h3>\n<h3>First, I selected a lively and bold floral fabric to use as for the welting.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><a rel=\"attachment need to be that even because the edges will be trimmed.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-1659\" ironed the seams and trimmed the excess. \u00a0Then I inserted a double strand of welting and used the zipper foot to sew the welting closed.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a rel=\"attachment size, and I wanted the border to be wider. \u00a0So, doubling it was the easy fix.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-1650\" \u00a0Success.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Then it was time for the next step. \u00a0I cut two squares of graphic fabric measuring 19 inches. \u00a0That allowed one inch for the seams so that a standard 18 inch down pillow could be used .<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-1647\" href=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/2011\/05\/04\/pillow-possibilities\/dscf1864-2\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1647\" src=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/DSCF18641-430x323.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"323\" srcset=\"http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/DSCF18641-430x323.jpg 430w, http:\/\/the2seasons.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/DSCF18641-1024x768.jpg 1024w, together and put the new welting between them. \u00a0Sewing slowly let me make sure that everything stayed lined up. \u00a0Afterwards, I inserted the 18 inch down pillow that I purchased at a fabric shop and closed the bottom by sewing it with a needle and thread. \u00a0Voila! \u00a0It turned out great.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-1724\" that I had already cut into 19 inch squares.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-1727\" appears out of focus. \u00a0Sorry for that.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Together, the two pillows will make a good impact in our guest room.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a
