<\/a><\/p>\nI think silver is like jewelry for a room, so I tucked the bundle into a nicely polished silver sugar bowl, sans lid, propped a silver tray on a plate stand, and dug out a sweet little Valentine post card from my antique stash. \u00a0Voila – my Valentine decorations are complete!!!<\/h3>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nSince I just booked my annual trip to the Netherlands, I thought this little lad in his wooden shoes was quite appropriate. \u00a0Of course, I don’t know how you send Valentine greetings in Dutch. \u00a0My Dutch vocabulary is limited to sinaasappelsap<\/em> which means orange juice, and that’s not romantic at all.<\/h3>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nWho knows? \u00a0Maybe he is Hans Brinker, and his silver skates are tucked into that bag!!! \u00a0But the important thing here is that there is a Valentine greeting over his head.<\/h3>\n
