Happy Monday everyone. \u00a0In less than 24 hours, I’ll be hanging out at \u00a0Jordan’s in Syracuse. \u00a0We have lots of projects planned plus a spa day. \u00a0Yum!!<\/h3>\n

I did a lot of puttering around the house this week-end making small changes. \u00a0Can you see the one in this photo?<\/h3>\n

Correct! \u00a0I moved the stool that usually is pulled up to the dining room table under the buffet. \u00a0You might remember that I converted the dining table<\/a> to a library table after the holidays. \u00a0The stool needed a new home, and I created one for it.<\/h3>\n

Then to hide some of the electrical wires, I moved this basket which also added another layer.<\/h3>\n

The luggage vignette had been in place since we moved in, so the change is refreshing. \u00a0To freshen you memory, I bought this stool at Home Goods, but it wasn’t quite the color I needed. \u00a0No problem, though. \u00a0I added red and yellow stripes to the mix using fabric paint<\/a>. \u00a0What an easy task that was. \u00a0I know you \u00a0are thinking that the hinges should not be showing. \u00a0However, a guest dropped a blob of red sweet and sour sauce smack dab in the middle of one of the white stripes. \u00a0It still shows up slightly, even after I added my stain removal magic. That’s why we see the hinges.<\/h3>\n
