When Jordan asked me to guest post at The 2 Seasons, I jumped at the chance. Jordan and I have a lot in common – young married women (who are quite lovely, if I do say so myself) who love working on our houses. I’m especially a fan of Jordan’s kitchen, porch and exterior projects. So I was flattered that she wanted to share our son Henry’s nursery with her readers.<\/h3>\n

Here are Henry and I, ready for the grand tour. He’s clearly distracted by something shiny. He and I have that in common.<\/h3>\n

To say the nursery was a labor of love would be an understatement.\u00a0Here’s the first modest inspiration board I put together in March<\/a>.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

And I think the room actually turned out a lot better than I had imagined.<\/h3>\n

We were hoping to create a room that would grow with our son. Something fun, classic and a little preppy. I think we accomplished it with a room of navy, white and red, lots of great fabrics, antique finds and personalized details.<\/h3>\n
