I think certain foods are made for certain seasons. For instance, I love lemon pie in the springtime. My mother always made lemon meringue pies for Easter, and that’s what they remind me of. It’s the same thing for pumpkin pie. The right season for it, in my book, is autumn. And then there’s apple pie and chocolate cake which I could eat any day of the year and be perfectly happy. We went back through our recipes and found some goodies that just seem to be right for spring, and we think you’ll agree. We bet you have some favorite seasonal recipes, too.
