A Visit to Pier 1

Author:  Spring

I had some free time recently and stopped in for a brief visit at Pier 1.  I was so excited to see all of the bright and updated colors displayed throughout the store.  Everything looked young and fresh and creative.  And, the nice thing is that I left without sticker shock.  Most of the items I took photos of were under $20.00 with a few pillows priced over that.  Enjoy these photos.

There were stacks and stacks of colorful pillows.

Wouldn’t these be perfect to brighten up a patio or a wicker porch swing?

These little lotion or soap bottles were priced between $10 and $13.

This is a sweet little bowl that could be used for ice cream or even peanuts or cashews served with drinks.

Here it is in a different but complementary color.

This pillow had lots of embroidery detail.

I loved this little dessert or salad plate.

Wouldn’t it be fun to serve lemonade or iced tea from this container?  The colors say, “It’s summer and time to have fun!”

This napkin ring looks like jewelry.

The napkins are layered and contained with a beaded napkin ring.  How cute!

I saved the “buy of the day” for the end.  This pillow was on sale for $17.95.  It would be perfect on our sofa to spiff the living room up for summer.

We were not paid or compensated for mentioning these products.
